It’s the superb Lynx Network team that makes us what we are, but don’t take our word for that. In April 2008, we underwent a three-year review of our investors in People accreditation. In his report, the assessor said . . .
“The Company has many areas of good practice among which are:
- There is a clear commitment to quality work and client focus which has been communicated successfully to all staff
- A very skilled workforce who impart their knowledge and expertise to younger people joining the company. As a result, these people feel that this is a company worth working for as it is going to progress them and give them skills for a long-term future.
- Senior staff are encouraged to continue to learn new and updated skills so that the company can remain at the top of its sector in terms of new advances
- People like working for the company and feel that there is a culture that encourages everyone to contribute their ideas and that they are listened to at all times
- People also like the friendly atmosphere and feel that when they return at the end of a day it is like returning home to an atmosphere of friendship and welcome
- Staff feel confident because they feel that their managers have high skill and knowledge levels and can support them in their jobs
- The Company has used the Investors in People framework to enhance its performance and to refine its practices”
